Homeowners can, if you enable this feature, make Maintenance Requests directly from the HOA Website and then your staff can use this interface to progess it
Any of your staff that are assigned to receive maintenance emails will be notified that there is a new entry to view and update
In House
If you have in-house maintenance staff you can define them here and track work orders. They can complete timesheets directly from the site
