From HOA Manager you can add users, edit and add web pages, add themes, images, news, events, enable/disable the forum, enable/disable property for sale or lease, upload documents and configure online payments
Add homeowners to the list of users that can access the secure part of the site to view documents, pay assessments, arrange maintenance and much more
Board members have to be added as homeowners first, then security options added in the board tab! As soon a board member leaves the security options are automatically revoked.
From here you can edit and add to both the non-secure and secure pages. With a simple WYSIWYG editor you can add content in a breeze.
Configure pages for local advertisers and earn some extra revenue
From the Log Tab you can view all messages left on the site
Add theme images to the top banner - swimming pools in the summer and snow laden houses in the winter. Add as many themes as you wish, they display when that time of year comes around.
Upload images for use on the website. Copy the link provided and then paste into the content of your webpage.
Add news events that will be displayed on the website news tab, and the last three items will scroll on the home page
You can add News Items to one association, or to multiple ones
Add all upcoming events to the calendar.
Board meetings created under the Board tab are automatically added to the Events calendar
Love them or hate them, the optional forum is available for feedback and homeowner interaction
The optional Property page allows homeowners to advertise their property for sale or lease on the HOA website
Upload documents for viewing by the homeowners and board members. You can even add archive dates so that they are moved to a seperate area when that date comes around
Configure the gateway settings for online payments (or just leave the default and use our gateway)
