HOA Manager has the reserve study built in. Purchase a Reserve Item and it ripples through to the Reserve Study

Once the initial data has been entered then reports can be run, including 'what if' projections where Special Assessments or an annual percentage increase in Ordinary Assessments can predict how close the Association will be to Fully Funded for a given period

The Executive Summary is the standard report for board members

The Contributions Report breaks down the Reserve Items currently being funded

The Balance Sheet Report interacts with the Accounting System.
