Noticing that the HOA industry sadly lacked association specific software HASoftware was incorporated in 2007.
We listened to owners of Management Companies and built a product around those needs.
As all other accounting and management software was designed for the rental market - with some HOA functions tacked on as an afterthought - we built HOA Manager and associated tools, just with Management Companies and Self Managed Associations in mind!
The result is very powerful, highly configurable software that is easy to navigate and understand and built totally with HOA Management in mind
